ABOUT: The "Harmony & Operations Assistant Manager" place integrates aspects of operations management, hospitality, wellness programming, and customer experience enhancement. This role will focus on ensuring smooth operational procedures while also fostering an environment that aligns with the holistic values of wellness and harmony.

TYPE: Full time, Salaried/Overtime- Exempt

Most hours will be scheduled, but these positions may require extra work hours to deal with emergencies, prepare for events, covering for absences, etc

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Harmony & Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in managing our day-to-day operations while ensuring that our environment reflects our commitment to harmony and wellness. This individual will work closely with our management team to streamline processes, enhance guest experiences, and foster a culture of mindfulness and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee operational aspects of the winery and wellness programs, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

- May require driving, pick-ups and other travel

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

- Coordinate with the hospitality team to integrate wellness and harmony principles into guest services and experiences.

- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring supplies are sustainably sourced and align with our wellness philosophy.

- Collaborate with the wellness team to schedule and promote wellness activities and events that complement our winery offerings.

- Lead initiatives to create a harmonious workplace culture, including staff wellness programs.

- Monitor operational budgets and financial metrics, providing regular reports to management.

- Handle any operational issues that arise, proposing and implementing solutions promptly.

- Stay informed on trends in both the wine and wellness industries to suggest innovative ideas for growth and improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality, wellness, or wine industry.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and responsibilities

- Flexibility, dependability, and ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer service.

- Knowledge of wellness and mindfulness practices and how they can be integrated into blended wellness & winery business setting.

- Ability to multitask and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to practice excellent organizational skills and work independently

- A passion for wine & commitment to modeling and promoting a healthy, balanced lifestyle

- Must obtain liquor commission card & food handlers certification

- Valid Drivers license required
